How do I book a service? Call or text us directly. We will confirm your location, vehicle or vessel, and the degree of oxidation, then schedule a time that works around you. Most appointments are available within one to three business days, including evenings and weekends.
Do I need to be present when you do the work? Not necessarily. Many customers leave their vehicle accessible and return after we are finished. As long as we can reach the vehicle and payment is arranged, your presence is not required. We send a before and after photo when the job is complete.
What is the best way to reach you for a fleet or dealer quote? Call or text us directly and mention that you have a fleet or dealer account. We will ask for the number of vehicles, location of the lot or facility, and current condition of the lenses to put together an accurate volume quote with invoiced billing options.
How quickly can you get to me? Most residential and commercial appointments are available within one to three business days. We offer weekday, weekend, and evening availability and schedule around what works for you.
What if the weather prevents the service from happening? Some weather conditions such as heavy rain or wind affect the restoration process and require rescheduling. We monitor conditions and will contact you in advance if we need to move an appointment. We reschedule at your convenience without any fees.
